PHOTOSHOOTS
All my sessions are priced based on the time, prep, and post-session work a shoot takes, rather than based purely on how many images you get. This allows you to choose the experience that will be best for you and your pet.
Your entire session fee is converted into credit which you can use to pick what art you want - whether that is a bunch of snaps for social media or one really huge piece of art for your living room. It is completely up to you.
All photoshoots will have a "proof" gallery delivered with lightly edited photos, which you then get to choose your final, fully edited art from. The size of your proof gallery will be influenced by the session you book & our pre-shoot discussion

THEMED SHOOTS
Designed to take advantage of beautiful locations that don’t involve much moving around, usually at certain times of year. Pre-chosen 20-minute time slots will be advertised and can be booked in. You are welcome to book two slots in a row if you know you will want more time - useful if you have multiple pets or one that might take longer to settle in

The MEMORY

This is the session you think of when you think "photoshoot". We wander around a nice location and capture some lovely photos of your pet/s - and I'd love to include you too if you're up for it!
The length of the session really depends on the pet. If you have a super confident poser, we might be done fairly quickly (or I'll just keep coming up with more fun ideas). If your pet needs time and space, we might take the full sixty minutes so they can take plenty of breaks. It's all based on what they need & making sure the session is a fun, relaxed memory for you to look back on when you see your art later.
There is no limit to the number of pets that can come to a session, but I ask you be mindful of logistics. Bringing along another person to manage other pets is very helpful.
I have lots of locations I can suggest for this option, but I am always open to your ideas too!
The ADVENTURE
$300/hour
Minimum one hour
This is a slightly different session from your typical, and is aimed for those people and/or pets that prefer less of a structured shoot, and would love to capture the feeling and beauty of just being out for an adventure with their pet. We will pick a walk, usually in the bush or somewhere a bit remote, and stop for the occasional photo along the way.
Perfect for pets that may find posing stressful or take time to warm up to new people, or people who would like to take advantage of some beautiful locations that don’t have a car park close-by.
I have a few bushwalks I can suggest for this option but I am open to your ideas! I just ask that uphill sections are minimal and the walk doesn't involve too much risk of slipping and sliding as I will be carrying my camera along the way. Take the normal time it takes for the walk & double it to determine session length
AT HOME
These are shoots that take place in the comfort of your own home & backyard.
Photos may be a little more 'ordinary' than your outside shoot (fences & pot plants seem to feature heavily) but you may be surprised by the features in your home that become an asset, and besides - there can be something a little magic in the ordinary.

The HAVEN
$200
30-60 minutes
This is equivalent to the 'Memory', but at your own home. The session you think of when you think "photoshoot"
There is no limit to the number of pets that can be photographed & this logistically can be an easier option than 'the Memory', especially if your pets are more comfortable at home.
Perfect for puppies, seniors, and reactive dogs, or simply for capturing you and your pet in your most familiar & cosy environment.
Ideal for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, or any other species your companion might be
The Litter
$100 base price + $20 per puppy
As long as it takes!
One of my absolute favourites - the litter shoot! This can occur at any age or stage (or multiple!) of the litter's life before they all go to their homes. I do recommend 4 or less weeks if you are keen for group shots. It gets increasingly difficult the older the puppies get - although props and a bit of photoshop magic can help!
After you have made your art choices for this session, you are then able to provide the link to the gallery to your puppy owners, who can download your choices & purchase their own - making the session a wonderful gift for them too
We can take puppies to another location that may be more photogenic than your own home if you are confident in the safety of that location

Saying goodbye?
If your pet has been diagnosed with a terminal condition, is experiencing a chronic medical or behavioural condition where you are making quality of life decisions, or are senior in age and showing signs of physical or mental decline affecting their personality, first of all, I'm so sorry.
I would love to help capture your baby one more time, as soon as possible.
I cannot emphasis enough how much these sessions mean to me. My boy Fitz was diagnosed with lymphoma just two weeks after he turned four, and only got another ten days after that. Three months earlier he had been happy and healthy and winning into the senior level of agility competitions. His first symptoms simply seemed to be an injury, and by the time I knew things were serious enough to need a final photoshoot with him, he was already not himself anymore. We weren't able to do the final photoshoot I hoped for, at our favourite place together - Queen Elizabeth Park.
It is now my greatest honour to be able to capture you and your pet at a similar time, and make your final wishes possible

Take 25% off the price of a session, but still recieve the full credit usually associated with that session - e.g the "Memory" would be $150, but you receive $200 credit to spend on photos & art
Some pets may not even know they're ill and would still love an adventure. Others may need to stay home where they feel most comfortable. I believe that's your decision to make as you know your pet best, and therefore the 'Adventure' is still an option, but please consider any physical limitations carefully. This option may not be possible depending on timing.
You are welcome to bring extra pets to any session to ensure we capture some photos of your family as it is, but they will not be the focus of the session and individual photos of them are unlikely to occur.
I highly encourage you to get in the photos with your pet at these sessions. I speak from experience when saying there is nothing worse than realising you wish you had more photos with them, when it is too late to get any.
