PHOTOSHOOT LOCATIONS
Below are some possible locations. You may also choose your own photoshoot location as long as it is deemed suitable
I have a list of locations still to scout, particularly in Upper Hutt, Wellington, and Porirua. I just don't get a lot of free weekends to do so! If you are happy to be my test subject for a location I feel confident about, I will waive your travel fee.

Lower Hutt

Multiple parks

Wellington

PARLIAMENT & the surrounding area
- Best time of day is the hour after sunrise.
- At this time it should be fairly quiet, but being it is a tourist attraction, there is a high chance we may encounter lots of people, noise, and other dogs. Best suited for confident dogs.
- On lead at all times
- I need to write ahead and get permission to use Parliament grounds, so at least two weeks notice is recommended if you are keen on a shoot here
The writer's Garden
- A quiet park but you may encounter people & other dogs
- On-lead area (sometimes ignored - may encounter these dogs but I will yell at them for you!)
- Mostly suited for stills but can do some running shots
- Lots of ducks
- The hour after sunrise & before sunset work best

Porirua
$25 travel fee applies

ThE COAST

- Popularity depends on the time of day & weather
- On leash & off leash areas
- Time of year dependent
- The hour after sunrise and before sunset work best

Kapiti

Queen Elizabeth Park
- One of my absolute favourite places to do a shoot
- It can get busy on a sunny day but generally avoidable in the early morning, and what's great is if the beach is being overrun we can escape to the bushes for peace
- Offleash
- Perfect for sunset photos (depending on time of year)
- The hour after sunrise & the hour before sunset work best

PRIVATE DOG PARKS

If you want to ensure a completely private experience, I am happy to join you at one of Wellington's private dog parks. I can suggest a few. You will need to organise & pay for the park booking.
